WOLF has always been about the camaraderie of women. Whether you are gay, hetero, bi, trans or any other category that identifies you as a woman, the energy formed when women get together to play and explore new techniques can feel wonderful and safe. In addition to our monthly meetings, we also try to work in a little "vanilla" time. This allows us the opportunity to get to know each other more personally and forge stronger bonds.

In February 2008, we went to a local nursery and spent some time walking around their beautiful gardens before settling into a secluded corner to learn the "art of bonsai". We spent a little time picking out our new little bonsai trees, pots and rocks and then were guided by our teacher in how to trim and position the plant in the pot. After decorating them with rocks and such, we took them home. We are looking forward to going again and taking their orchid class.

In January 2008, we got together for a fantastic buffet of really good sushi and Chinese food. We had a great time talking about the rest of our lives (other than BDSM) and we are all looking forward to going back there!

WOLF has also held a "Casino Night" a couple times at a local BDSM Community Center to help raise money for such charities as NCSF (National Coalition for Sexual Freedom), LAC (Lifestyle Alternatives Center) and LA&M (Leather Archives and Museum in Chicago).
